Frequently Asked Questions
How does this work?
Once you reach out and we discuss your practice demographics and goals, you’ll receive an agreement with the information discussed. From there, I log in remotely to a computer in the office with a secured server (or directly, if your office uses a cloud-based software.) Throughout the month, I’ll provide the services discussed, send weekly updates with the reports generated, and you can watch your collections grow!
What if I don’t need all services offered?
While packages shown are all-inclusive, I am here for you and your office’s needs! If you’d like to focus on one area or mix and match services, reach out and I’ll be happy to create a custom plan for your business.
Would you be considered an employee with the company?
No - I am considered an independent contractor. Although I’m not technically part of your office team, I work hard behind the scenes so your employees can focus on the patients in front of them.
How will this benefit my office?
Because I am essentially taking over the responsibilities of an insurance/billing coordinator, your administrative team is relieved of those duties. This allows more time for patient engagement and increases production and collections. My packages are competitively priced and you may notice that my services end up saving your office money.
Where are you located?
I’m based in North Carolina, but provide services nationwide.
Do I have to commit to long-term services?
While retaining happy clients is always the goal, you are not locked into any type of contract. I am happy to work with you for one month, six months, or years! Services are billed monthly.
How will I stay informed of what’s going on?
You’ll have access to a shared spreadsheet that is updated throughout the day/week with my progress. Updated reports are available upon request at any time.
